Welcome! We're glad you've decided to try Bikram Yoga!
It'll be fun - we promise! As a beginner it's normal to feel a little intimidated.
But don't worry - with constant practice and some patience you will definitely improve.
The Bikram Yoga class is a 90-minute moving meditation.
The teacher will guide you through the postures, and everyone will do them to their own ability.
Just remember to focus on yourself during class.
Leave your expectations at the door, and feel the change in your body and mind!
