Bikram Yoga Burr Ridge wants everyone to enjoy their journey in
their yoga practice. These guidelines are to help everyone have their
best experience. Please read these to help ensure that everyone is
respectful of their practice and others.
Arrival
- Be on time; the front doors lock when class starts.
- First time students please arrive 20 minutes prior to class with the signed Release Form.
- Leave shoes in the entry area.
- Turn off all cell phones and pagers.
- No perfume or cologne.
- All students need a yoga mat, which are available for rent or sale.
- Silence in yoga room (many people use this time to meditate).
During Class
- No talking.
- Stay in the yoga room for the entire class. (If there is an emergency and you must leave, please inform the teacher.)
- Stillness between postures.
- If you feel light headed or dizzy during class lay on your mat with your feet facing the back wall.
After Class
- Please remain in room for two minutes for your body to get all of the benefits.
- Please leave room quietly.

and relax! The hardest part of your practice is getting to class! Leave
your expectations at the door and receive 100% medical benefit.
